8 months

The boys are now 8 months, amazing!!! We had our 8 month check up at the doctor with no shots HURRAY. The Dr said that they are doing great, healthy and growing.

Matthew is at 20.07 lbs and 29 inches, 90 percentile
Zachary is at 19.5 lbs and 29.5 inches, also 90 percentile

Next Dr appointment is around their first birthday where they will have a physical along with blood work and another set of shots, which worry a little, how do they take blood from a baby? still from their feet? Anyway we will deal with that when the time comes.

The boys are so cool!! They now:

* can sit on their own for very long periods of time, however they want to sand more often now not sit so much.

* dance to music, Matthew even taps his feet something

* hum the song of their show

* play ball

* play with each other

* chat with each other and with us

* are experts at seating in high chairs at restaurants

* love the swings at the park

* can sit nicely in the shopping cart

* still fit in the baby Bjorn (very heavy but they still fit)

* love the beach

* have separation anxiety from me and daddy

* have eaten mango sherbet

* have eaten about 23 different foods (not counting all the combinations)

* have gotten a little more used to their car seats, but still don't love them ...... yet

* have started to waking up during the night again (since I went back to work) and often want to sleep in our bed

* eating about 6-8 ounces of milk

* have breakfast, lunch, dinner and bottles in between

* only take about 20 min naps ( a few) during the day

* and they ares till not crawling

Well I am sure they do a lot more, but that is all I can remember for now. Man when I less expected it will be their first birthday :( time sure goes by fast!!!
