A couple of weeks ago we took Matthew to watch One Republic at the Shoreline.
It was Matthew's idea to go to this, as he was the one that told us about the tour.
We had a great time.
We arrived early, thinking there would be traffic to get into the premier parking (as there always is) but it was empty. I think it was because it was a hot afternoon (day in general). We didn't even make line to go into the venue.
Once inside we got food. Matthew has a cheese pizza, I had some poke nachos, and Pablo and Michele shared some wings and loaded tots. Everything was delicious.
Poor Matthew was a little dehydrated due to the super hot day and the time of his soccer game, but he felt better during the second opener and had a great time. He did drink lots of water.
There were two opening acts. I was amazing that we knew so many of the songs even though we had no idea who they were hahaha.
Once One Republic came out, Matthew and I stood by the rail and sang all the song. It was a blast. we did go back to our seats as people were starting to leave, then he could see well.
They played some old song and some new songs, which are so gooooood. They also did a couple of covers. It was such a fun concert. They always put on a good show. I believe this was my third time seem them live. Matthew had such a blast he said he wants to see them again for sure.
Zachary stayed home with my mom, as he did not want to go.
